Bill de Blasio is the latest Democratic candidate in the 2020 presidential campaign to be mercilessly mocked by the Republican frontrunner, President Donald Trump. He said the newcomer was the worst mayor New York ever had.
Trump took to Twitter on Thursday to lash out at de Blasio’s recently announced aspiration to win the Democratic nomination for next year’s election. The president said he was the right man “if you like high taxes & crime.”
The Dems are getting another beauty to join their group. Bill de Blasio of NYC, considered the worst mayor in the U.S., will supposedly be making an announcement for president today. He is a JOKE, but if you like high taxes & crime, he’s your man. NYC HATES HIM!

The incumbent mayor of New York City became the 24th candidate in the tightly-packed field of Democrats vying to challenge Trump in November 2020. The 57-year-old announced his campaign in a video on Thursday and will be running on a platform of progressive causes, competing with candidates like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren for primary votes.
