Iraqi parliament fails to hold its session.

The Iraqi parliament has failed to hold its scheduled session on Saturday to discuss the repercussions of the large protests that swept the country.

A parliamentary source said that the parliament failed to hold its scheduled meeting today, due to lack of quorum.

The number of injured among the demonstrators raised on Saturday, during the attempt to cross al-Jomhoriya bridge, in the center of Baghdad.

The number of casualties rose to more than 42 injured as a result of security forces using tear gas and live bullets against demonstrators, who are trying to cross al-Jomhoriya Bridge towards the Green Zone.
