Al Ghadeer International Media Festival in its thirteenth session concludes its activities by crowning the winning works

Today, the Al-Ghadeer International Media Festival in its thirteenth session concluded under the slogan “Media between professionalism and ethics” after a series of media events and dialogues that lasted for three days on the grounds of the Baghdad International Fair

More than 180 media organizations from 25 countries participated in the festival, and the participants reviewed their various works and activities.

The Russian channel RT received the best work in open programs, and the Turkish channel 12 for the best work in variety programs. The award for the best documentary film (Death in the Time of Siege) was awarded to the Ali Saleh Al-Yamena Foundation, and the award for the best documentary film to the Iranian Truth Document Foundation, and the award for the best investigative program was For the Iranian Sahar TV, and the award for the best program for the family and women for the Yemeni Al Masirah channel.

The Algerian channel Al-Bilad won the award for the best family program and the award for the best children’s program for the Iranian Hodhud channel.

The award for the best 3D graphic splitter was awarded to the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Al-Manar TV channel won the best infographic award.

All participating satellite channels were honored for their active role in the field of professional media, which adopts the ethics of media work.

It is worth noting that the Al-Ghadeer International Media Festival has received great praise from all participants and media-related institutions for the good organization, reception and multiplicity of events aimed at improving media work and adopting credibility and moral responsibility in dealing with events and contents.
