In the name of Allah the Merciful

All Iraqis are following with great concern the developments of the events related to the demonstrations of the brothers in the Sadrist movement and their sit-ins inside the parliament, and a number of government departments, which have come to attack the various addresses of the state, including the Judicial Council, the government palace, the headquarters of the Council of Ministers and others, and disrupting and attacking state institutions, the latest of which is what happened Today, there are unfortunate developments that include attacks on a number of state institutions in the central and southern governorates.

We reaffirm our stand with the state and its institutions, as it is not possible in any way to remain neutral when state institutions are attacked and collapsed.

The government and security institutions must do what their national duty dictates to protect state institutions and public and private interests.

We also call on all religious, political, and social actors to intervene and take the initiative in order to stave off sedition, give precedence to the language of reason and dialogue, spare the country more chaos and bloodshed, and hold the responsibility to everyone who contributes to the tension and pushes towards escalation, and to develop practical and realistic solutions based on the constitution, law and the language of dialogue as a basis to reach decisive and rapid results to stop the suffering of people.

We also call on the brothers in the Sadrist movement, leaders, and masses, to return to the dialogue table and work with their brothers in order to reach common understandings that lay down a clear road map that adopts the law and the constitution to achieve the interests of this great people.
